1. Nature of Services

Ifaremi Olosun provides:

  • Ifa consultations

These services are intended for personal growth, spiritual exploration, and life development.

They are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, or licensed clinical therapy services, unless explicitly stated in writing under a separate agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or book services.

By booking a session, you affirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into agreements

  • You understand the nature of spiritual and coaching services

  • You take full responsibility for your decisions and outcomes

3. No Guarantees

While services are designed to support transformation and alignment, results are not guaranteed.

Personal growth depends on:

  • Individual commitment

  • Implementation of guidance

  • External life factors beyond our control

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, financial success, relationship changes, or life circumstances.

4. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results

  • You are free to accept or reject any guidance offered

  • You understand that coaching and spiritual consultation provide insight, not mandates

All decisions remain solely yours.

5. Spiritual & Divination Services Disclaimer

Ifa Consultation and related spiritual services are rooted in Indigenous African cosmological traditions.

These services are:

  • Symbolic

  • Insight-oriented

They are not predictive guarantees of future events and should not replace professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

Participation is voluntary and based on personal spiritual belief.

6. Payment Terms

All sessions must be paid in full prior to service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include secure third-party processors.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To respect time and sacred preparation:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled session (you may adjust this timeframe).

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment.

  • One reschedule may be permitted per session with appropriate notice.

​Workshops and events may have separate cancellation policies listed at time of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Text

  • Logos

  • Frameworks (including A.R.I.S.E.™)

  • Graphics

  • Articles

  • Course materials

are the intellectual property of Ifaremi Olosun unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

9. Confidentiality

Information shared during sessions is treated with discretion.

However, confidentiality may be breached if:

  • Required by law

  • There is risk of harm to self or others

  • A court order compels disclosure

Coaching services do not carry the same legal confidentiality protections as licensed psychotherapy unless otherwise formally contracted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ifaremi Olosun shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of income

  • Emotional distress

  • Personal or business decisions made after consultation
